Another Family Guy Episode Pulled After It’s Thought to Have Predicted the Boston Marathon Attack

Family Guy used to be notorious for it’s edginess and among the more recently controversies and its writers’ stretch for diversity, they have seen less episodes pushing the envelope and more episodes pulled, but this time around it was the audience that is being blamed for getting the episode pulled.

After the Boston Marathon bombings this week, Family Guy producers and Fox had to make a decision as to whether or not to re-air the fairly new episode, Turban Cowboy, which internet viewers are accused of misusing. Fox Network claims viewers had compiled “unrelated clips that were edited together to depict a bombing at the Boston Marathon went viral on the Web,” says Yahoo, but viewers of the actual episode three weeks ago know that while the scenes were not sequential, they did depict two remotely detonated bombs.
