With so many people in New York it’s a wonder how you fit them all in. Apartments are getting smaller and smaller, but can’t get much smaller than this.
And the miniscule living quarters don’t come cheap: most renters are currently facing average market-rate rents of $2,000 per month for a studio and $2,700 per month for a one-bedroom.
