[NSFW] Oreo’s Best Ad Ever Wasn’t Meant For The Public
How do you manufacture the most revolutionary advertisement yet? You take the idea of being the first to publicly expose boob and the idea of new ethnicity in commercials – and combine them.
The provocative ad shows a woman’s exposed breast and the breastfeeding baby clenching one of the chocolate cookies, and sparked controversy after several media outlets reported it was legitimate and running in South Korea. But Kraft Foods, Oreo’s parent company, says it didn’t create the ad.
Whites Officially A Minority
Just a year prior to 2012, whites in America have become a minority relative to the influx of races in the U.S.
Eight of the largest metropolitan regions in America have seen a decline in the percentage of white inhabitants over the last decade, signaling a majority of minorities in some of the USA’s biggest hubs, including New York and DC.
New census data analyzed by the Washington Post reveal that non-Hispanic whites are now a minority in 22 of the 100 biggest urban areas in America. While metropolises such as Los Angeles, San Antonio and San Francisco have seen minority-majorities prior to 2010, now NYC, San Diego, Las Vegas and Memphis have witness the change firsthand, as Black, Asian and Hispanic populations in those areas outnumber that of white residents.
Kim-Jong Il Crawling To Russia For Help
During a time of economic poverty in the communist mini-power of North Korea, leader Kim Jong Il drops the tough dwarf act and returns to Russia to continue negotiations.
It was Mr. Kim’s first visit to Russia in nearly a decade, part of a return to the international stage that experts say may have been prompted by an urgent need for economic aid to assuage a spiraling food crisis at home.
But Mr. Kim’s defiance, at times unshakeable, has been known to soften when politically expedient. In the past he has used his country’s nuclear activities as leverage to gain concessions, particularly economic aid from his negotiating partners.
In recent months, North Korea has been reeling under the effects of a food shortage brought on by a combination of bad weather and years of economic negligence.
