Dad Stabs Son With Sword
It was just a normal day in this Ventura household until shit got real. One second a chicano lad is doing whatever chicano lads do and the next his father turns into a spanish samurai.
A California dad stabbed his son with a sword during an argument over household chores, police said.
Antonio Gonzalez, 43, called his son, Jose, 18, “lazy” for not pitching in around the house and then attacked him with a 4-foot sword on Sunday afternoon, cops told local television station KTLA.
Cops who arrived at the Ventura home at around 12:30 p.m. found Jose bleeding badly from a defense wound on his hand.
The elder Gonzalez fled the house, but he later returned and was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
Jose Gonzalez’s wound wasn’t life threatening, the station said.
Well, damn. The kid wasn’t doing his chores so how else was the dad supposed to handle this? With an “assertive tone and authority”? Of course not. Have you seen children these days. The boy should just be lucky he didn’t get his entire hand chopped off. I personally don’t want laziness in my family so I would have chopped off something else that would have ended all chances of him reproducing. Can’t be passing on the bad genes. In all reality though, who the hell stabs their child because they weren’t doing chores!? That is re-dic-u-lous.
