Ash Wednesday 2012: Drive Thru Religion

Yesterday was the day after Mardi Gras (aka the most depressing day of the year for anyone who isn’t Jewish) and for those of Catholic persuasion, it’s a day to put a target on your forehead so people know who not to let their children around. “Some people are very busy, and some people get a little intimidated walking into a church; this is for them,” she said.

“It’s a drive-through, not a drive-by,” she added.
