But cops said Smeriglio initially claimed someone fired at him while he was walking outside. Upon further questioning, the truth was exposed, according to WTSP.

This inmate is a woman trapped in a man’s body and a Massachusetts Judge has ruled that he have a government-paid sex change under the 8th amendment.
Kosilek was born a man and, as Robert J. Kosilek, killed his wife in May 1990 and was convicted of murder. While an inmate serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole, Kosilek changed his name to Michelle and began legal proceedings against the state. Wolf in the past had ruled that Kosilek was entitled to be treated for gender-identity disorder, but stopped short of ordering surgery. In 2005, Kosilek sued, arguing that surgery was needed.

The group, Project Prevention, hangs stark ads in clinics and homeless shelters to reel in drug users. The posters feature hard-hitting taglines such as, “Don’t let a pregnancy ruin your drug habit,” and “She has her daddy’s eyes … and her mommy’s heroin addiction.”
Barbara Harris, founder of the program, insists she is only trying to help prevent unwanted pregnancies, which often lead to children being fed into an overwhelmed foster care system, and that she’s not forcing anyone to get sterilized.
Teacher Puts Students In Animal Cones
The cutest thing about getting an animal fixed or any other surgery is the cone. They look like animatronic lamps that can’t fit out of the dog door. If only these students were that cute.
One student was ‘coned’ for bringing a soda to class. Others who arrived late to class were given the option to wear the plastic neck-piece instead of sitting at the “tardy table.” At least eight students wore the collar, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Some even asked to wear it, according to one student defending her teacher’s actions.
