Nurse Accidentally Throws Away Kidney During Surgery
If you suffer from kidney failure, you may be happy to know that waiting for a new kidney is better than having it thrown away.
The botched surgery happened earlier this month when a Toledo man had his kidney removed to donate to his sister, the Toledo Blade reported.
The donated organ was supposed to be immediately transferred to the waiting patient, but at some point it was tossed out with the medical waste.
