Couple Sues Landlord For Haunted Residence
Landlords are hard to deal with where ever you are. Either they are too involved with your business or they are never there when you need them to repair structures, fix roofs or expel ghosts.
Now they’re suing the landlord for their $2,250 security deposit, claiming that all the paranormal activity forced them to flee just a week after moving in.

How does a man end up in a cemetery? Well, besides the typical reasons: grieving, leaving guilt flowers or tap dancing on top of his father-in-law’s grave until he hears the click between his shoe soles and the casket. Better yet, how does one end up in a cemetery with his pants around his ankles?
The 42-year-old man was found face up near a tombstone with his pants around his ankles just before 10 a.m. by a mourner visiting Calvary Cemetery, police sources said.
The victim’s name was not immediately released. There were no obvious signs of trauma. The city medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Last November, five months after Froese’s death, his childhood best friend Tim Hart received an email from Froese’s account.
“One night in November, I was sitting on my couch, going through my emails on my phone and it popped up, ‘sender: Jack Froese.’ I turned ghost white when I read it,” Hart told the BBC. “It was very quick and short but to a point that only Jack and I could relate on.”
The email had the subject heading, “I’m Watching.” While the text of the message itself read, “Did you hear me? I’m at your house. Clean your f***ing attic!!!”
Hart says that shortly before Froese’s death, the two had a private conversation in Hart’s attic, during which Froese teased him over the attic’s messy state.
