Some people think Louisiana has come a long ways from the days of segregation and even if they were close to shaking off that image, it’s all lost now.
According to ABC News, someone sent out the invite based on last year’s wording without changing it to include everyone.
The letter runs down the events for Sept. 21: A 5:30 p.m. reception; the 7 p.m. homecoming football game; and an “after game get together: (white graduates only).”

For some reason, valedictorians are held to a higher standard of morals and now this student is regretting swaying an inch from the moral code.
During her graduation speech at Prague High School in May, Kaitlin dropped an innocuous H-bomb, and the school wants her to apologize, KFOR-TV reported.
“Her quote was, when she first started school she wanted to be a nurse, then a veterinarian and now that she was getting closer to graduation people would ask her ‘what do you want to do?’” Kaitlin’s father David explained. “And she said, ‘How the hell do I know? I’ve changed my mind so many times.”

This South Carolina woman was cheering so much and so loudly at her son’s graduation that she ended up charged for disorderly conduct.
