Arkansas Legalizes Teacher-Student Sex

The media loves when there’s a case of sexual assault on a student, because sex sells and America is full of perverts. Even when it’s with a  college professor and a legal student, everyone in my city gathers the baby carrots and apples in the bottom shelves of their fridge to throw at the two sinners. Unfortunately, Arkansas may have to actually eat their vegetables.

David Paschal, a former teacher at Elkins High School engaged in a sexual relationship with one of his students in 2010. The student who was 18 years old, alerted authorities of her relationship with Paschal after the two separated. The former history and psychology instructor was charged with four counts of sexual assault and was sentence to 30 years behind bars.

The new definition, as it appears on the FBI website, is: “Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

Another important change: the removal of the word ‘forcibly’ from the bureau’s definition, which had been in place since 1927.
