City Administrator Janet Mitchell said the village is requesting that an algae expert from the University of Alaska Fairbanks investigate.Scientists are baffled by a mysterious orange liquid that has washed up on Alaskan shores. Some claim it must have been a science experiment gone wrong and others believe it is a natural phenomenon.
