Doctor Cuts Off Penis Instead of Circumcision
Phillip Seaton went in to have his inflammation treated with a routine circumcision, but woke up with all of his family valuables stolen.
Seaton and his wife Deborah are seeking unspecified damages from Dr. John Patterson to compensate the couple for “loss of service, love and affection.”
