Iranian leaders are making persistently stronger efforts to resist the “western cultural invasion” by establishing a moral code through Iranian attire. Summer time in Iran does not mean what it does for most, it seems time to pile on more clothing instead of taking them all off as we do. Shorts and necklaces are particularly labeled with western influence and women are still expected to keep their clothing snug and plentiful.
