This Columbia student is suing Ford for using her photo in an ad that implies that she is an escort. Her 1,000 dollar suit may maker her over twenty million dollars.
“It looks like something you’d see in the old yellow pages directories under escort services,” said Giles’ lawyer, David Jaroslawicz. “It makes her look sleazy.”
Giles, 30, has accused Ford Models in a $23 million lawsuit of letting Volvo and Hertz hijack her image and use it worldwide — even though she was paid only a one-time use fee to promote Volvo’s S40 model.

State Rep. Phillip Hinkle arranged to pay Kameryn Gibson up to $140 for a “really good time” at a posh Indianapolis hotel, according to email exchanges published in a bombshell report by the Indianapolis Star.
Hinkle has not contested the emails, but suggested that he was “aware of a shakedown taking place.”
His attorney, Peter Nugent told The Associated Press that Hinkle would not comment on the allegations and that a private investigation was being conducted.
The 64-year-old lawmaker responded to an ad Gibson posted Aug. 6 on Craigslist in the “m4m” (men for men) section.
