According to applications filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office, the phrases “I am Trayvon” and “Justice for Trayvon” were submitted the family’s attorney confirmed last week.
Fulton plans on using the slogans for DVDs and CDs memorializing the murdered teenager.
Many critics believe the mother’s attempt to capitalize on her son’s death is in bad taste, but Trayvon’s name has been appearing on t-shirts and hoodies across America.

Liberal Ladies Who Lunch, a women’s right group that says they strive to turn “America blue, one plate at a time,” is waging a sex strike starting next month that they hope will combat infringements on their personal liberties being waged by conservatives. With women’s rights issues being debated in the mainstream lately by the likes of lawmakers looking to deny the right to choose and commentators deeming pro-choice women as sluts, the strike scheduled for next month seems more than just well-timed.
According to the group’s latest call to action, this protest won’t rely on picket signs and chants to get a message across. Instead, Liberal Ladies Who Lunch are asking women to wage a sex strike to “united against the war on women.”

Newt Gingrich’s second ex-wife, Marianne, blasts the White House hopeful for lacking moral character in two explosive new interviews, going as far as to say he wanted to have an open marriage so he could have a mistress and a wife …She revealed that when the former House Speaker admitted to having a 6-year affair with his current wife, Callista, he asked if Marianne would be okay with his serial dalliances.
“And I just stared at him and he said, ‘Callista doesn’t care what I do,’” Marianne Gingrich told ABC News. “He wanted an open marriage and I refused.”
She described the shock she felt when she found out Gingrich was carrying on the affair in the bedroom of their Washington D.C. apartment.
Michele Bachmann Calls It Quits
Michele Bachman (aka Sarah Palin 2 or FagHag 2012) has officially withdrawn from the GOP race for the Republican nomination.
“Last night, the people of Iowa spoke with a very clear voice, and so I have decided to stand aside,” Mrs Bachmann said as she stood flanked by family members at a news conference in West Des Moines.
She vowed that she would support the evenutal nominee and promised to continue the fight against the “socialist policies of Barack Obama”.
