Most people either love baggy pants or hate them. If you are into a more rebel and renegade type of style, or just happen to be living in the 90′s, you are likely a big fan, but this Louisiana town says baggy pants are now not only hated, but illegal.
Terrbone Parish has officially made sagging your pants a punishable offense, equating it with other local punishable offenses like drug possession or low calorie meals.

The regional court in Cologne, western Germany, ruled that the “fundamental right of the child to bodily integrity outweighed the fundamental rights of the parents”, a judgement that is expected to set a legal precedent.
