With 20 States Petitioning to Secede, Is The U.S. Doomed to Divide?
After the re-election of President Barack Obama, 20 different states have filed petition for secession, making us all wonder how President Obama will respond.
States with citizens filing include Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Oddly, folks from Georgia have filed twice.
These Orangutans Get to Play With iPads in Apps For Apes Program
It seems like everyone is on this Apple iPad bandwagon. It’s so popular that it’s starting to branch outside of our species.
As part of a program called Apps for Apes, 12 zoos across the two countries have been incorporating iPads into the enrichment time allotted for orangutans, the giant furry red primates native to Indonesia and Malaysia.

If you are struggling with weight it may seem like there’s no way out, but this proposition of the Federal Task Force may require you to see a counselor for just that.
The US Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) introduced their latest plans to help push down the obesity rate in America this week, and their newest effort calls for more than just urging people to exercise. The federal panel of medical experts is asking primary care physicians to put obese Americans into intensive counseling programs in order to combat the epidemic.

Two Colorado men stand accused of multiple offenses after driving their dead friend’s corpse to a pair of Denver nightspots and using his ATM card to buy themselves drinks, the Denver Post reported Thursday.
